Divine Intervention?

For the Lord your God is He who goes with you,
to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.
~ Deuteronomy 20:4 ~

rocketsinIsrael
Just another day in Israel; more that 140 rockets were fired into that country in the last 24 hours. That’s roughly one every 10 minutes. Rocket sirens and bomb shelters have become part of everyday life for many Israelis. But today at least, no lives were lost. And the Iron Dome managed to shoot down a good percentage of the incoming rockets, keeping injuries/damages to a minimum.

Despite the ongoing attacks by her enemies, Israel has not yet sustained heavy losses in this latest Hamas aggression. Incredibly, fatalities have been minimal (young Daniel was a tragic exception). It’s almost as if something supernatural were happening…

As John Riley at Charisma News asks – Is God’s Hand Still Protecting Israel?

It definitely appears so. And many of those on the front lines – like this IDF officer that Riley spoke with – are convinced of it ~

I interviewed an Israeli Defense Forces soldier who was wounded recently in the war with Hamas. Sgt. Major Jeremy Gimpel told me that he is seeing manifest miracles and God’s providence once again over Israel. He said the protective shield over Israel right now is not so much the one that intercepts incoming rockets; rather, it is the protective shield from the prayers of people around the world.

In his article, Riley goes on to describe a couple other recent occurrences that were nothing short of miraculous.

Long, long ago, God made a covenant with Israel; He keeps it still.
