Incompetent judge: “Defendent incompetent”

In this week’s episode of “Disorder in the Courtroom,”
we learn that illegal favoritism has reached new levels of
insanity in the courts of Massachusetts.

Nicolas Guaman is on trial for vehicular homicide in the death of Matthew Denice in August 2011, but thanks to a feckless judge, it’s unclear whether justice will ever be served in his case.
 
As John Hill at Stand With Arizona reports: Judge Rules Illegal Alien DUI Killer Incompetent to Stand Trial, Cites ‘Unique Cultural Background’

 
A few facts:
 
• Guaman is an illegal alien from Ecuador with previous assault & battery and breaking & entering charges
 
• His blood alcohol was three times the legal limit when he hit, dragged for several blocks while fleeing the scene, and killed Denice, who was on a motorcycle at the time
 
• If Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick complied with the Federal-State “Secure Communities” program Guaman would have been deported before he had a chance to kill Denice
 
But now;

The illegal immigrant who was drunk driving when he hit and dragged a Milford man to his death has been ruled incompetent to stand trial.
 
Judge Janet Kinton-Walker says Nicolas Guaman’s “unique cultural background” and language barrier means that he doesn’t understand the court process. The court also said that he lacks the ability to consult with his attorney properly.

So even though Guaman is obviously no stranger to American jurisprudence, he suddenly – after 20 months in custody for this particular crime – can’t comprehend anything. Yeah right.
 
As Hill concludes in his post;

So a liberal judge grants an illegal alien DUI hit-and-run killer with a prior violent criminal record a ridiculous stall tactic because he doesn’t speak our language and claims to be uneducated. And so this trial will drag on perhaps into a third year of torture for this devastated American family – all because this maniac judge wants to be sensitive to this disgusting illegal invader’s “culture”?

 
Just more evidence of the country’s senseless self-destruction.

Coincidentally, the incompetent judge in this case, Judge Kinton-Walker, was appointed by the incompetent governor; Duval Patrick.

Adam Lanza had an identity crisis: Turn in all your weapons

This Leftist push to erode the 2nd Amendment is not just a pathetic appeal to emotion (callously exploiting the deaths of innocent citizens) it’s based on faulty logic, fuzzy facts and devoid of common sense.
 
Why do we focus on the weapon and not the person wielding it? Why can’t we get more information about the shooters, their backgrounds, psychological profiles?

Paul Joseph Watson, at Infowars.com, reports that;

Almost every mass shooter in recent history was taking or had just come off one form of psychotropic medication, a connection that is routinely downplayed by the establishment and the media, who in the aftermath of the Newtown tragedy instead blamed the massacre on the second amendment.

 

We still don’t know if Adam Lanza – Sandy Hook Elementary mass murderer – was on medication, had been, or should have been.
We do know he was a tad “off.”
Seriously.
 
According to documents obtained by CBS News (via CNS News), Lanza refused to identify himself by a gender when registering at college, ~

“We got some intriguing new information and a strange new picture of Lanza today,” anchor Scott Pelley said on the April 1 edition of CBS Evening News.
“His college records were delivered to us after we requested them under the Connecticut open records law,” said Pelley. “Lanza enrolled in courses at Western Connecticut State University. When asked his gender he wrote, ‘I choose not to answer.’ When asked to describe himself, he wrote again ‘I choose not to answer.'”

 
Hmmmm… Pardon the political incorrectness, there was something not quite right with this kid.
We still don’t know what it was – but we do know we have to ban guns.

Manuel Martinez, originally a refugee from communist Cuba, is now a naturalized U.S. citizen. The kind of (legal!) immigrant America used to welcome. He came here for an opportunity, not a handout.
 
Manuel Martinez is experienced enough to recognize a threat to his freedom. Wise enough, to understand and cherish his right to bear arms under the Second Amendment. And courageous enough to stand up for liberty ~

Yet, accusations of babies having their heads severed — a major human rights story if there ever was one — doesn’t make the cut.

The msm is happy to exploit the Newtown tragedy to advance gun control, but they don’t even mention the Gosnell trial ~ If Gosnell had shot seven infants with an AR-15, it would be national news: Rep. Chris Smith (on the U.S. House floor, April 11th)
 
More msm malpractice ~ Bozell: ABC, CBS, NBC ‘Deliberately Censoring’ Bad News on Obamacare. Brent Bozell, president of the Media Research Center, reports that a recent survey shows;

…two out of three Democrats now believe that Obamacare will hurt them or not help them. Overall, 78 percent of the American people now believe that Obamacare is going to hurt them, not help them. Only 15 percent of the American public believes that Obamacare is going to help them…

Who knew? Hardly anyone!

Kwame Kilpatrick, former mayor of Detroit, didn’t think the rules applied to him. And for a while – as he was helping drive the Motor City to the brink of bankruptcy – it looked like he might be right. Alas, for poor Kwame, reality did at last smack him upside the head. He’s currently residing in Milan Detention Center, Milan MI, awaiting sentencing for his recent conviction on 24 counts of conspiracy.
 

Have you noticed how regularly a reality-optional attitude is found among our friends on the Left? In this case it definitely appears to be an inherited family trait. As various sources reported yesterday, Kwame’s mommy was the first one to accept an invitation to serve on a D.C. E.T. panel ~

Seldom seen and little heard from since losing re-election in 2010, former U.S. Rep. Carolyn Cheeks Kilpatrick is set to reappear in the nation’s capital this month as part of a panel taking evidence of extraterrestrial life on Earth.
 
According to the event organizer, she and the five other former members of Congress taking part in the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure will each receive $20,000 plus expenses for listening to five days of testimony at the National Press Club.
 
“Evidence has been mounting for the last 65 years,” said Stephen Bassett, who is organizing the event scheduled for April 29 through May 3. “We’re going to be holding the hearing that Congress should be holding.”
 
 
The panel is expected to question “a powerful group” of researchers and military witnesses who purport evidence that supports the possibility that aliens exist and that existence has been covered up by the government.

 
Yes, while North Korea is threatening to launch nukes, our southern border has been breached by millions of illegal (human) aliens and the economy is imploding, Mr. Bassett and his Citizens for Disclosure are frivolously focusing their efforts and resources on space invaders.

Latest from La-La Land: “Gay Infertility”

Then comes Adam & Steve with a baby carriage.

 
Those of us of a certain age probably recall this annoying little rhyme from the olden days. Of course, back in those unenlightened times, we were teasing each other about heterosexual romance.
Silly us.
 
Unfortunately, homosexual adoptions are nothing new. But as reality runs off the rails, here’s the latest development from California, as reported by Ben Shapiro ~

This week, Wesley Smith of the Weekly Standard reported that California would be considering AB 460, a bill that would mandate group insurance coverage for so-called gay and lesbian “infertility.” What in the world does that bizarre phrase mean? It doesn’t mean situations in which two members of a lesbian couple are both infertile and incapable of conception using some third party’s sperm.

 
It doesn’t mean situations in which two gay men are both infertile and incapable of impregnating a surrogate mother. It means situations in which gay or lesbian couples can’t make a baby by having sex with each other. In other words, every single gay and lesbian couple on the planet.
 
 
The way the law works, gay and lesbian couples would simply have to testify that they have been having sex for a year without producing a child to be considered “infertile,” 😯 – which is idiotic, since baby-making requires necessary components missing in homosexual activity. But nature is irrelevant here. Even though both men and women were, to borrow Lady Gaga’s phrase, “born this way,” political correctness trumps nature.

 

Shapiro contrasts this craziness with the horrific details being reported at the murder trial of Philadelphia abortionist Kermit Gosnell (warning: very graphic pix), accused of killing babies ~

Two men or two women cannot produce a baby on their own. A baby outside the womb is a baby. These are unassailable facts. But when reality doesn’t match the left’s self-centered take on how nature should work, reality takes a back seat.

 
And a society that plays God with the most innocent and vulnerable of human lives has truly lost its collective soul.

Controlling Gun Violence

While the the Left is relentlessly pursing their unconstitutional gun grab, it’s obvious that their stated intentions (“It’s for the children! Waahhhh!”) are just a smoke screen. If they were actually interested in an honest debate, they’d request input from those on the frontlines, those in the best position to see all sides of gun violence, like maybe… the cops!

The officers patrolling America’s streets have a deeply-vested interest — and perhaps the most relevant interest — in making sure that decisions related to controlling, monitoring, restricting, as well as supporting and/or prohibiting an armed populace are wise and effective.

 
Wouldn’t you think, if lefties were sincere about saving lives, they’d be curious about the results of this comprehensive survey of law enforcement officers’ opinions on gun control, gun violence, and gun rights? ~

Totaling just shy of 30 questions, the survey allowed officers across the United States to share their perspectives on issues spanning from gun control and gun violence to gun rights.

 
Bottom line:

That’s 95%(!) of cops who don’t believe that limiting rounds
will do a thing to lower violent gun crime.

 
The officers answers on this question were quite interesting too ~
 

Oh gee – maybe armed guards in schools would work…

 

Quite clearly, the majority of officers polled oppose the theories brought forth by gun-control advocates who claim that proposed restrictions on weapon capabilities and production would reduce crime.
 
In fact, many officers responding to this survey seem to feel that those controls will negatively affect their ability to fight violent criminals.
 
Contrary to what the mainstream media and certain politicians would have us believe, police overwhelmingly favor an armed citizenry, would like to see more guns in the hands of responsible people, and are skeptical of any greater restrictions placed on gun purchase, ownership, or accessibility.

 
So don’t buy Michelle’s crocodile tears – she’s just a modern day Delilah (deceive, disarm, destroy).

In keeping with MSNBC’s “Lean Forward” mandate, host Melissa Harris-Perry wants everyone to know that kids don’t belong to parents or their families anymore – they’re just part of the hive.
 

 
Ms. Harris-Perry is especially effective at this type of propaganda. She starts with a totally false premise; “we have never invested as much in public education as we should have.” And then supplies a phony diagnosis for a non-existent problem. It’s “because we’ve always had kind of a private notion of children.”
 
And all the while sounding so very reasonable and convincing…
 
Unless you actually stop and analyze what she’s saying ~

Bill Whittle Explains What We SHOULD be Doing on Immigration

Mr. Virtual President, what would you do about securing our border and immigration?
 
Cutting through the word games, B.S. and outright lies of the Left, Whittle plainly and effectively states the conservative position on immigration, both the legal and illegal varieties:
 

 

Why do our overlords in Washington ignore the truth on this issue?
Why do illegals suddenly seem to have more rights than legals?
Why don’t we the law-abiding, taxpaying people have a say??
Instead we get back-room deals between labor and big business?! Who voted for them?

I forgot, we do have a small ray of hope on this issue, in the person of Sen.Ted Cruz. HERE’s an audio of him talking to Sean Hannity yesterday (They discuss immigration from about the 6 min. mark to the 14 min mark.) ~
 
• Secure the border
• Reform the immigration process.
• Make the system fair to legal immigrants.
 
Most importantly, Cruz understands Obama’s “political football” game; that he doesn’t want consensus or an equitable solution. But then that’s exactly why I’m pretty sure we the people are gonna get shafted again.
