People Who Hate People

So… has anyone heard a peep from President Obama about the devastating storms that ripped through the country’s mid-section last week….hmmm….?

In all, the deadly tornadoes killed at least 39 people across five states —
21 in Kentucky, 13 in Indiana, three in Ohio and one each in Alabama
and Georgia. Three separate EF-3 tornadoes tore through 46 of
Kentucky’s 120 counties, injuring 300. [Source: Baptist Press]

Nada. Yet somehow POTUS found the time to call Sandra Fluke and express his support for her theatrical pleas for free contraception. What a guy. Certainly shows you where the man’s heart and mind are.

While speaking at an AFP conference in January about the climate change hoax, Ann McElhinney made an observation that pretty much sums up what’s behind most Leftists ideology: “They hate people.”

Seriously. Consider the evidence; they care more about free birth control than the lives of their fellow human beings ~

• Between, abortion, birth control rights, and the morning-after pill, they want to prevent more of us from being born.

• Life is no longer sacred to them; they can’t seem to make the moral distinction between the destruction of a couple books – and the murder of innocents.

• They frequently display callous indifference – even maliciousness – to human tragedies. For instance;

Hard -left sentiment was on full display last week following the death of Andrew Breitbart, who leaves behind a wife and four young children. Here’s just a sampling of the vitriol:

Slate’s Matt Yglesias (@mattyglesias), who tweeted: “Conventions around dead people are ridiculous. The world outlook is slightly improved with @AndrewBrietbart dead.”

@darrenfiorello: “Andrew Breitbart died? Is it wrong that I’m happier about that than when they got bin Laden and Saddam?”

Josh M ‏ @TheSocialest: “Good riddance Breitbart. Hopefully they put James O’Keefe in your casket.”

Guess that’s the “new civility.” [More HERE if you’ve got the stomach for it]

And then there’s the unbelievably wretched Mike Malloy, a talk show host on Sirius XM radio. Here’s what he had to say on March 2nd as the storms were still tearing through the South:

Their God … keeps smashing them into little grease spots on the pavement in Alabama, and Mississippi, and Arkansas, and Georgia, and Oklahoma,” Malloy says in his broadcast from Friday. “You know, the Bible belt, where [in a mocking voice] they ain’t gonna let no goddamned science get in the way, it says in the Bible, blah blah blah blah blah. So, according to their way of thinking, God with his omnipotent thumb reaches down here and so far tonight has smashed about 20 people into a grease spot on highway 12, or whatever the hell highway they live next to.

Glad that, by God’s grace, I’m going to heaven. Hell will be filled with people who hate people – like Malloy.
