Here’s another informative video on “climate change” that presents facts – not propaganda. Naturally, it’s earned the coveted YouTube alarmist warning ~

This little qualifier is necessary of course because this interview with Gregory Wrightstone (geologist, self-described climate contrarian, and author of “Inconvenient Facts: The Science That Al Gore Doesn’t Want You to Know”) is not the sort of common sense discussion that the climate changers which to engage with. They aren’t concerned with actual science. They want everyone to be panicked and hysterical.

Why? “Governments and institutions need to create imaginary hobgoblins of alarm which are used to scare the population. And they need a frightened population to accept otherwise onerous and painful things like the Green New Deal and the Paris Climate Accord.” Which will facilitate redistribution of wealth on a global basis.

Those of us who are proponents of responsible, practical stewardship of our planet and its resources, also want to improve living conditions for everyone. Not drag western nations back to the horse and buggy days, and leave developing nations impoverished.

Researchers from the Euro-Mediterranean Center for Climate Change estimate that if every country participating in the Paris climate accord actually fulfilled its greenhouse gas emission reduction pledges, more than 3 million people will be pushed into poverty. That’s on top of the 1 billion people around the world who still don’t have electricity or any of the benefits that come with it — like clean running water, refrigeration, modern medical care, and home heating.

Reliable, affordable energy has the power to lift people from poverty. Making that energy less accessible is a disservice to both the less fortunate and to the environment.
