Random links of interest, concern or curiosity from the past week or so, that deserve at least a SHORT mention:

School locks out protesting pupils ALL DAY because they refused to wear new gender neutral uniform after police ‘act as bouncers’ to ‘enforce dress code’ at the gates ~ (Sussex, UK) ~ Accommodating those with some sort of psychosis (gender dysphoria) is one thing. Forcing everyone else to affirm and even participate in that psychosis is cultural suicide ~

Police and teachers have been criticised for locking school gates to schoolchildren who protested a new ‘gender neutral’ uniform policy this morning, leaving pupils to wander the streets of a Sussex town.

Angry pupils and parents protested outside the gates of Priory School in Lewes over the clothing policy for the new school year.

But teachers and Sussex Police officers locked the gates on pupils and refused admittance to girls in skirts – and according to one eyewitness officers were actually involved in selecting which students could enter and which would be barred.

Senior Google Employee Appears To Have Assaulted Pro-Life Activist Near DC Planned Parenthood ~ Why are these leftists so rabidly intolerant? ~

“V-1 [victim] called for Police assistance after he was punched and pushed by S-1 [suspect] after a heated argument turned physical in the 400 block of M street,” an incident report obtained by the Daily Caller reads, “N.E. M.P.D Officers arrived on scene where V-1 flagged Officers down to give his account of events […]

After the incident, the alleged victim followed the man home in his car, hoping to identify him, and was later tipped off that the alleged assailant was Quinn Chasan, who according to his LinkedIn is employed by Google as, “Head of Customer Analytics, Google Cloud, U.S. Government.”

Meanwhile, in Finland ~Finnish politician under ‘hate crime investigation’ for sharing Bible verse on Facebook ~

In the post, congresswoman Päivi Räsänen, a Christian Democrat, criticized the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland for participating in the Helsinki LGBT Pride events in June. Her criticism was alongside a picture of Romans 1:24-27 that describes same-sex relationships as “shameful.”

Räsänen, who is a member of and is married to a pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland (ELCF), came under fire for her June Facebook post: “How can the church’s doctrinal foundation, the Bible, be compatible with the lifting up of shame and sin as a subject of pride? #LGBT #HelsinkiPride2019.”

As ‘Batman and Robin’ Director Reveals Thousands of Gay Partners, Alarm Sounds on LGBT Targeting of Kids ~ Because one perversion frequently leads to another (Uh-oh. Is that “hate speech?”) ~

Some adults may be naive, or maybe they’ve become so inured to the idea that homosexuality is just another lifestyle that they no longer believe this kind of behavior is toxic. But it is. It truly is.

Acclaimed Hollywood director, Joel Schumacher, inadvertently confirmed that toxicity when he told Vulture magazine recently that he’d literally had sexual intercourse with thousands of men throughout his life […]

“It would be in the double-digit thousands, but that is not unusual. It’s not for a gay male, because it’s available,” he said.
Schumacher confirmed, too, that his own homosexuality is not confined to his private life; he cites his movie, Batman & Robin, a film aimed at children, and littered with homosexual undertones.

Further, in a comment that could be construed as rationalizing pedophilia, Schumacher minimized the claims of misconduct leveled against another Hollywood directing legend, Bryan Singer. Singer, who is now 53, directed four X-Men movies, among others. He’s been accused multiple times of abusing children who worked on the set of his movies.

Farmers prosper in spite of Trump’s trade battle with China ~ And despite what the mainstream media leftists would have you believe ~

Turns out, far from suffering what CNBC recently described as “a devastating year for farmers” the farmers of America overall are doing quite well.

The Department of Agriculture recently forecast that net farm income will rise nearly 5 percent this year, to $88 billion. That growth comes on top of increases in both 2017 and 2018 and is, just for the record, faster than the overall growth of the economy.

Still, a weakening farm economy would be a boon to hypocritical Democrats…

It is ironic that even as Democrats in Congress scold Trump for hurting farm exports, they resolutely sit on the USMCA, the revised NAFTA deal, which could provide a boost to U.S. dairy shipments to Canada. Who might benefit? Dairy producers in Wisconsin, among others.
Since Wisconsin has been identified by some political analysts as the ultimate swing state, the state that could determine whether President Trump gets four more years in the White House, it’s not shocking that Democrats are blocking the USMCA.
Turns out, Democrats don’t seem to care about farmers that much after all.

Newest Job Growth Numbers Smash Economists’ Projections ~ More good news the network news folks forgot to mention ~

The August jobs number came in well above Wall Street estimates, according to a report released Thursday by ADP and Moody’s Analytics.

ADP reported that private-sector payrolls grew by 195,000 during the month, even as many media outlets and Democrat politicians speculated whether the economy was entering into a recession.

The hiring figure was 55,000 higher than projected and 47,000 above the July number.

StemExpress CEO admits selling beating baby hearts, intact baby heads in Daleiden hearing ~ Dear God. And the pro-life activist (David Daleiden) is the one being prosecuted!

The CEO of StemExpress admitted in court Thursday that her biotech company supplies beating fetal hearts and intact fetal heads to medical researchers.

She also admitted at the preliminary hearing of David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt of the Center for Medical Progress that the baby’s head could be procured attached to the baby’s body or “could be torn away.”

Christine Blasey Ford’s Lies, and the Father of Lies ~ Now that the false narrative about Justice Kavanaugh being a serial sexual predator in high school has been firmly implanted in the leftist psyche, the truth about the egregious smear campaign can finally come out. Because of course, most people won’t be paying attention ~

Christine Blasey Ford lied about Brett Kavanaugh trying to rape her, in order to keep it legal to kill unborn children for sexual convenience. To make life more convenient for all the genuine date rapists, hook-up artists, human traffickers, pimps, and other pleasure-seeking Americans out there. It’s no accident that the Marquis de Sade was the first major thinker since Constantine to advocate abortion. Nor that Hugh Hefner’s Playboy was the first national magazine to endorse legalizing that crime.[…]

Ford’s ideological commitment to abortion had a personal and financial aspect. As I reported while the confirmation hearings were still underway, Ford was part of the abortion industry at the time. She’d worked for years and still worked for the company that makes the key drug for the abortion pill.[…]

Why did none of this appear in mainstream media? As a six-figure employee of a company that profited from selling abortion drugs, shouldn’t anyone have suspected she might be biased? Now we know that Ford’s motive was largely to keep abortion legal, including the abortion drugs her company profited from.

People with tattoos make reckless decisions and are more impulsive than those who are not inked, study claims ~ They needed a study to figure this one out?

People who proudly don body ink and have visible tattoos are more likely to act on impulse and make actions in haste, according to a new study.

It also discovered that, as a result of these poorly thought through snap decisions, they are likely to not consider the full scope of their actions.
The study was conducted by economists and was done on more than 1,000 people.

China Is Using Fentanyl as ‘Chemical Warfare,’ Experts Say ~ One more reason for Pres. Trump to continue his tough stance on China ~

Jeff Nyquist, an author and researcher of Chinese and Russian strategy, said China is using fentanyl as a “very effective tool.”

“You could call it a form of chemical warfare,” Nyquist told The Epoch Times. “It opens up a number of opportunities for the penetration of the country, both in terms of laundering money and in terms of blackmail against those who participate in the trade and become corrupt like law enforcement, intelligence, and government officials.”

China also uses the money generated by the importing of fentanyl to effectively “influence political parties,” according to Nyquist.

Happiness Is a Walk in the Park ~ It’s only natural that nature has a calming, rejuvenating effect on us. After all, God originally created us to live in a garden :)

Researchers from The University of Warwick, Newcastle University, and The University of Sheffield have put together the first study ever to investigate and demonstrate the connection between natural, green areas and mental wellbeing on an individual level. Interestingly, they discovered that living close to nature and greenery is more relevant to mental health than income level, employment, and overall health.
