Despite progressives’ pretense, women aren’t always innocent victims

Not to denigrate legitimate victims, but historically speaking, false accusations of sexual assault are nothing new. The first known case – going all the way back to biblical times – may be the one recorded in Genesis, chapter 39. It’s part of the account of Joseph (he of the rainbow-colored coat).

Potipharswife-JosephAfter his jealous brothers had sold him into slavery, Joseph found favor with his wealthy Egyptian master Potiphar, and was appointed to be overseer of the entire household. Potiphar’s wife became infatuated with the handsome young man and repeatedly attempted to seduce him. Joseph repeatedly declined.

Angered over his rejections Mrs. Potiphar contrived to be alone with him, and when he fled yet again, she tore off his garment. She then used that garment to frame him, telling her husband Joseph had tried to assault her. Potiphar fell for the lie, and had poor Joe tossed into prison.

And ever since, wicked women the world over have been pulling the same cruel stunt out of guilt, revenge, spite – or simply to get attention. The circumstances may vary widely, but the heartless deceit doesn’t. And the real victims are men ~
