Leo Dicaprio’s Global Warming Guru Backs Out Of Debate With Pro-Fossil Fuel Author ~ Factaphobia? Despite the almost cult-like obsession with “climate change” that some celebs exhibit, the science simply isn’t on their side ~

Epstein offered $100,000 to former Vice President Al Gore for a debate in 2016, and he’s challenged Bill Nye “the Science Guy” and DiCaprio himself. Epstein offered to buy first class plane tickets (or $2,000 towards a private jet for DiCaprio) for any prominent activist who wants to debate him.

No takers.

Philippines leaders ask social media to remove video of Catholic church icons being smashed June 07, 2017 ~ President Duterte has apparently caught the western leaders’ denial disease; if we pretend it’s not happening, it’s not. That way no one will know that the Islamists are trying to erase every trace of Christianity – including all believers – from the face of the earth ~

Philippine military officials said Wednesday that they’ve asked social media companies including Facebook to remove a video of militants smashing icons in a Catholic church in a besieged southern city, saying it may be an attempt to fan hatred and turn the conflict into a religious war.

Brig. Gen. Restituto Padilla, the military spokesman, also urged netizens not to share the video, which shows militants ripping a picture of Pope Francis, toppling a crucifix, and stomping on and torching religious statues.

Militants aligned with the Islamic State group continue to control pockets of territory in Marawi, where they laid siege more than two weeks ago. They are believed to be still holding a Catholic priest and many other hostages.[…]

Trump pledges to make US infrastructure ‘envy of the world’ ~ Um, excuse me Mr. President, aren’t we like 20 trillion in debt?

On the other hand, this was a welcome development ~
Trump breaks with Obama tradition of designating June as ‘LGBT Pride Month’ ~

In what is obviously a bitter pill for homosexual and gender-confusion (“transgender”) activists to swallow, the Blade reports that “Trump on the last day of May issued five separate proclamations recognizing June as National Caribbean-American Heritage Month, African-American Music Appreciation Month, National Homeownership Month, Great Outdoors Month and National Ocean Month. Absent from the list was anything related to [homosexual-transgender] Pride.”

Dinosaur Fossils Found in Marine Rocks…Again ~ Disrupting the old-earth/evolution narrative ~

Another spectacular dinosaur fossil discovery baffled paleontologists who deny the historical accuracy of the book of Genesis. New Scientist recently reported the identification of a T. rex-like dinosaur from Upper Cretaceous system rocks in North Africa.1 What confounded the scientists were the phosphate-rich rocks in which the bones were found—rocks indicative of deposition in an open ocean.

City: You Can’t Sell Blueberries Unless You Affirm Gay Marriage ~ The Gaystapo strikes again ~

“All Steve wants to do is sell his food to anyone who wants to buy it, but the city isn’t letting him,” said ADF Legal Counsel Kate Anderson. “People of faith, like the Tennes family, should be free to live and work according to their deeply held beliefs without fear of losing their livelihood. If the government can shut down a family farmer just because of the religious views he expresses on Facebook—by denying him a license to do business and serve fresh produce to all people—then no American is free.”

The Dog Boomers – Young Americans Choosing Canines and Kitties Over Kids ~ Have you noticed the proliferation of commercials aimed at pet owners? Or should I say “pet parents?” ~

“To put it simply, children are in the doghouse and young Americans are replacing them with animals.”

The U.N. Human Rights Council whitewashes brutality ~ Washington Post op-ed from U.N. Ambassador, Nikki Haley calls out that organization for their outrageous double-standards (I don’t agree with all her proclamations, but this one’s a no-brainer) ~

Venezuela is a member of the (Human Rights Council) despite the systematic destruction of civil society by the government of Nicolás Maduro through arbitrary detention, torture and blatant violations of freedom of the press and expression. Mothers are forced to dig through trash cans to feed their children. This is a crisis that has been 18 years in the making. And yet, not once has the Human Rights Council seen fit to condemn Venezuela.

I Bake New Neighbors Bread To Welcome Them, And They Never Say Hello to Me Again ~ A sadly accurate reflection of today’s soulless society ~

I am glad I am this old so I don’t have to live in this cold, uncaring world for 50 more years. Many Americans appear to have become shallow, immoral, intolerant, and hateful.
