When the facts and figures don’t quite fit the warming narrative they’re intent on pushing, government warmists just selectively present the ones that support their fraudulent position. A recent article at Investors Business Daily provides the latest evidence for their scam: No Global Warming For 58 Years: What The Government Is Hiding ~
NASA and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration seemed eager in January to declare that 2015 was the hottest year on record. But they left out data that tell a somewhat different story.
The article goes on to quote Tony Heller at Real Science ~
In their “hottest year ever” press briefing, NOAA included this graph, which stated that they have a 58 year long radiosonde temperature record. But they only showed the last 37 years in the graph […]
The earlier data showed as much pre-1979 cooling as the post-1979 warming.
I combined the two graphs at the same scale below, and put a horizontal red reference line in, which shows that the earth’s atmosphere has not warmed at all since the late 1950’s ~
The omission of this data from the NOAA report, is just their latest attempt to defraud the public. NOAA’s best data shows no warming for 60 years. But it gets worse….

So, what does all this indicate?
One, federal agencies have a strong interest in keeping the climate change scare alive. It means more budget and research dollars for them, and it also increases Washington’s power, as the solutions offered to stop global warming are always based on handing more authority to government.
Two, it’s really impossible to say what the real global temperature is year to year, given the many different ways to measure it, the problems created by heat islands and the poor placements of weather stations. And there is also the data tampering by government functionaries and academics who are obsessed with proving something that can never be proved.
NOAA is not the only government outfit that appears to be trying to conceal the larger truth. It was researchers at Britain’s Climate Research Unit who wanted to “hide the decline” in temperature data, and NASA has been involved, as well, in making “adjustments” to the raw data which might, or might not be, trustworthy. Best to bet on the latter.
“This pattern of NASA making the past cooler and the present warmer has occurred repeatedly since NASA became chartered with proving global warming. The past keeps getting colder,” says Real Science.
But forget the facts. Embrace the delusion. Or face the consequences? ➡ RICO (Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) for government climate deniers? That’s right. The fascistic Left is now starting to call for the prosecution of “deniers.”
So, even if the emperor has no clothes, it might be hazardous to your health to point that out.

Fraud and Deceit by “Steven Goddard”
Steven Goddard (whose real name is Tony Heller https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steven_Goddard ) runs the realclimatescience dot com website. Goddard (Heller) is another typical Global Warming Denier in that he uses deceit/fraud to promote the denier agenda.
On March 7, 2016 he posted an article titled “NOAA Radiosonde Data Shows No Warming For 58 Years”

The article included a fabricated graph that allegedly implied that Radiosonde (Weather Balloon) data showed no warming as compared to 58 years ago.

The picture above shows how Steven Goddard (real name Tony Heller) combined two different graphs that measure two different observation data sets to get a single graph. In particular, note the words “I combined the two graphs”.
There are several examples of outright fraud in Steven Goddard’s (real name Tony Heller) presentation.
1) The real complete radiosonde data set is available at http://www1.ncdc.noaa.gov/pub/data/ratpac/ratpac-a/RATPAC-A-annual-levels.txt . Why would anyone “combine the two graphs” when the real single-source data set is available? Graphs for the real data can be seen below, and they show accelerating warming for the entire period of record.

2) The left side of the graph that Steven Goddard (real name Tony Heller) fabricated contains temperature data up to the 100 mb level in the stratosphere. As shown below, the 100 mb level in the stratosphere is cooling as per global warming models.

Steven Goddard’s fabricated chart combines stratospheric cooling (left side of Goddard’s graph) with tropospheric warming (right side of Goddard’s graph), and then he alleges “NOAA Radiosonde Data Shows No Warming For 58 Years”.

3) The original chart that Steven Goddard (real name Tony Heller) used was published in the Journal of the American Meteorological Society, and was used to show short term variations in global temperatures. This included normal brief cooling that follows volcanic eruptions. Steven Goddard erased the labels for the Mt. Agung and Fuego eruptions from his combined chart.

Clearly I am no climate scientist, so can’t speak to the technical points of remarks. But what I do know – after significant investigation on the subject …

[I’m particularly impressed by assertions from the alarmists themselves that betray motivation. For example, Christine Stewart, Canadian Minister of the environment in 1998: “No matter if the science of global warming is all phony… climate change (provides) the greatest opportunity* to bring about justice and equality in the world.” Well that’s OK then.]
… What I do know, is that the one thing that’s certain is that there is no consensus. There is however plenty of evidence to show that science settlers are cherry-picking data resulting in faulty modeling to make their “case” for hysterical warming predictions. (NOAA in particular tends toward creative data manipulation.)

The Ratpac data is highly manipulated, and does not accurately represent Jim Angelll’s radiosonde data. Had you actually read my blog post you would know that I addressed that.

How many Tony Hellers do you suppose there are in the world? I have no idea where the Real Science one lives, nor do I care.
