In the last edition of Saturday Shorts I mentioned the latest episode of eminent domain tyranny in Connecticut. Emboldened by the extra-constitutional Supreme Court ruling on Kelo v. Kelo v. City of New London remains one of the most disputed rulings in the Supreme Court history. A decade later, the land where a neighborhood claimed by eminent domain remains vacant ~
